The fold-flat design is the reason I grabbed this, and it doesn't disappoint—tucks into the diaper bag without adding bulk. Wipeable surface caught every splash from lunch, though the edges curl a bit if you don't dry it fully. Solid purchase for keeping the floor semi-clean.

It does the job under the high chair, and the wipeable surface really does save me from scrubbing food off the floor. That said, the fold compactly claim is a bit of a stretch—it's still a bit bulky in my diaper bag. Fine for home, but I wouldn't call it truly portable.
