My daughter refused to take the wings off even for dinner, they're sturdier than most costumes we've tried and the wand survived a full day of play. The set made her fairy-themed party feel truly magical, and the hours of imaginative play since have totally justified the price.
The wings are sturdier than I expected and the wand is a nice touch—my daughter hasn't put it down since the box arrived. We've already had two playdates turn into fairy adventures, so it's getting plenty of use.
The wand is a nice weight, not flimsy plastic, and the wings stayed put through a whole afternoon of dress-up. Only wish the costume had a bit more sparkle in the skirt, but my daughter has already worn it three times since it arrived.
