My kids turned it into an obstacle course in the living room, and the fact that it works as a lazy rocker too means it actually gets used every single day. I was worried about the floor, but it's held up fine on our carpet with the supervision we're doing anyway.

We set it up as a climbing gym and my 4-year-old was hooked immediately, and the fact that it converts to a rocker is genius for winding down. The padding on the base is just enough for our hardwood floors, so I don't have to worry about scratches.

My three-year-old uses it as a climbing wall one minute and a lazy rocker the next, so it's already paid for itself in creative play. The cushioning on the base is thick enough that I don't worry about tumbles, which is a huge relief.
